OK, first the excuses:
- We only use it on the weekends for trips that cannot reasonably be made by public transportation.
- We could not get to all the places that we wanted to with rentals.
- We really, really wanted it.
We now own a car. It is a 4.5l V8 turbo-diesel Toyota Landcruiser VDJ76R GXL Wagon. It barely fits into the garage. It makes us very happy.
