For one day the Queen Victoria on her maiden voyage and the Queen Elizabeth 2 on her last voyage met in Sydney’s harbour.

Sydneysiders ever so fond of their Queen(s) and big ships went down to The Domain to watch the two ships pass each other on either side of Fort Denison. And so were we (though some of us only very reluctantly).
